Ingredients

For Making Crust


2 cups of oatmeal cream pie

For Cheesecake Filling


  • 3 packages (24 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream (sour)

For Oatmeal Pie Cheesecake Topping


For Garnishing


  1. whipped cream
  2. chocolate syrup
  3. almonds optional 
  4. some biscuits

 Prepare The Crust For Creme Pie Cheesecake 

1). You must preheat your oven to 160°c.

2). Crush the oatmeal pie cheesecake until you get the fine crumbs. For making crumbs food processor is the best choice. Otherwise you can easily do this in a plastic bag by using a rolling pin.

3). Now start pressing the crumbs evenly in a flat cake mould or springform pan to form the crust.

  • In a large bowl add cream cheese and sugar for beating pro use electric beater to get smooth and creamy texture.

  • One by one add eggs mix them well.

  • Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.

  • Now its the time to pour cheesecake filling over the prepared crust.
  • Smooth the top with the help of spatula to ensure its even.

  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Then, check if center is set and edges are browned.

Let the cheesecake cool completely at room temperature then, place it into the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours or better overnight before serving.
